ECC SPRINGFIELD CHURCH GOVERNANCE SYSTEM During 2009 ECC adopted new bylaws that streamline our leadership and administrative process and enable more effective ministry. The new leadership model took effect September 15, with the election of the first Leadership Team. This team is working to develop ministry teams that will carry out the various ministries and administrative functions of the church.   In addition to serving the church as administrative leaders, the Leadership Team also provides key spiritual guidance for the church, including setting as an example of prayer and spiritual devotion and seeking God's direction for the whole church.   Click here to view members of Leadership Team.
