WELCOME To The Covenant
Often when one thinks of a church, the picture that comes to mind is a building. But the church is people, not a place or even a meeting that one attends on Sunday mornings. The church is people - people living not simply in relationship with God but also living together in mission with Him. Evangelical Covenant Church of Springfield is a community, actually an extended family, with members of all ages and many walks of life.It is a community of faith that desires to know God through his Word, and to make him known to our world through their lives.
ECC Springfield seeks to be a place for those who long to connect or re-connect with God; our hope is to make the story of God in Christ both accessible to those searching as well as challenging to those further along on their spiritual journey.
From our Sunday morning worship experience to our Wednesday evening family dinners, at our core is God's message of grace, hope and healing and the belief that God loves every person, regardless of how broken, disappointed or uncertain. This is the very heart of our community one that we would love for you to come and experience for yourself.
Thanks for another great year of All Church Family Dinners! Thank you also to all who helped prepare and clean up after the dinners each week...we appreciate you! See you in the fall.
